All orders available in our current inventory are processed, packed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed and reach the customers anywhere in India within a maximum of 5-7 days.
For ordered items that are not available in our current inventory, the customer is informed about the expected time of delivery within 48 hours of placement of such order and an option to cancel the order is available to the customer for a limited time.
Extraordinary circumstances like local lockdown or security restrictions or issues like natural disasters or things beyond anyone's control like accidents may prevent timely deliveries. However, the customer is kept informed of any delays, expected or unexpected, through daily updates till the ordered item is delivered. Till date, no order has been delayed beyond 5 extra days for such reasons beyond our reasonable control.
All customers can track the status of their orders and expected delivery timline in their dashboard on the website.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed are considered final and cancellation is not allowed under ordinary circumstances.
In a rare circumstance wherein the ordered item is not available in our current inventory, the customer is informed about the expected time of delivery within 48 hours of placement of such order and an option to cancel the order is available to the customer.
Orders placed through a stolen or misplaced card or credentials by an unauthorised person are the example of extraordinary circumstances wherein a cancellation may be allowed on the discretion of our management on a specific case basis provided the cancellation request is backed by enough proof.
All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the processing fees charged by the payment processor and any packaging/shipping expenses made by us along with applicable taxes. This is only to make sure that we do not end up paying for misuse of a customer's card or their credentials, the safeguarding of which is their own responsibility in the first place. Such charges may be recovered by the customer from the unauthorised user and the onus of recovery remains with the customer.
Refunds for cancelled orders are handled as per the Refunds policy available on our website.
